- Objective
The purpose of this document is to formalize the information processing policies for the personal data of all our subscribers, clients, users and business associates, guaranteeing the right they have to know, update and rectify the information stored in the Databases or files of JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS and/or QUANTICA*.
- Reach
This information processing policy applies to all officials at all levels of JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS and/or QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS* and to officials of National and Foreign Subsidiaries, to business partners and/or service providers with whom JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS and/or QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS* establishes a business relationship.

- Definitions
The definitions established in Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013 apply to this policy.
- Processing of Personal Information
Information we collect and store from our clients, collaborators, and suppliers: Depending on the relationship the data subject has with the Data Controller, the information collected or stored may include the following:
• Public data: This is data that is not private or sensitive. For example: ID number and type, information contained in public documents, marital status, job title or profession, corporate telephone number and email address.
• Private data: This is data that, due to its intimate or reserved nature, is only relevant to the data subject. For example: income level, financial information, debt capacity, gross assets, dependents, family composition, hobbies, assets owned, employment information, social media preferences, consumer habits, as well as contact information such as address, telephone number, and personal email address.
• Sensitive data: This is the most intimate and sensitive category of personal data for its subject. If mishandled, it can lead to discrimination and/or serious harm that is difficult to repair. For example: biometric data, health data, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, union membership, among others.
In addition to the processing of information established in the Information Privacy Policy, the following items are established for the processing of personal information:
- Processing and managing your transactions as a customer or user of JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*.
- Offering, through our own means or in conjunction with third parties, information on new product launches and/or benefits.
- Additional information that may benefit the operation and/or handling of our products in the event of problems or failures.
- Notifying you of information of interest to you when requested.
- Studying and storing information associated with requests for any of our products that, as a future customer, we must be aware of in order to establish a business relationship.
- Responding to requests, complaints, or claims that you, as a customer of JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*, have the right to make.
- Sending communications related to the commercial activities of JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*, including news and information useful for my professional practice, products, offers, updates, event invitations, job offers, advertising, and/or surveys about our products or services and/or the products and services of our business partners.
- Manipulation of usage data regarding our products and/or services for statistical, marketing, or relational information analysis purposes.

- Other activities related to the corporate purpose that necessarily require the use of personal information.
- Sharing, including the transfer and transmission of your personal data to third countries for purposes related to the operation, in accordance with the standards set by the SIC on the matter.
- Rights to the owner
As a subscriber, employee, client, or business associate, you may exercise the following rights regarding the information currently held by JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*:
- To know, update, and rectify your personal data with JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*. This right may be exercised, among others, with respect to data that is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, or misleading, or whose processing is expressly prohibited or unauthorized.
- To request proof of the authorization granted to JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*, except when expressly exempted as a requirement for processing.

- Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of this law and any other regulations that modify, supplement, or complement it.
- Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees. Revocation and/or deletion will be appropriate when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS* has engaged in conduct contrary to the law and the Constitution in the processing of information.
- Access your personal data that has been processed free of charge.
- Obligations.
6.1. Obligations of JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*
- To guarantee the Data Subject the full and effective exercise of the right to habeas data at all times.
- To request and retain, under the conditions established in Ley 1581 de 2012, a copy of the respective authorization granted by the Data Subject.
- To duly inform the Data Subject about the purpose of the collection and the rights they have by virtue of the authorization granted.
- To retain the information under the necessary security conditions to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access, consultation, use, or processing.
- To guarantee that the information provided to the Data Processor is truthful, complete, accurate, up-to-date, verifiable, and understandable.
- Update the information, promptly communicating to the Data Processor any new developments regarding the data previously provided, and adopt any other necessary measures to ensure that it is correct.
- Rectify information when it is incorrect and communicate the relevant information to the Data Processor.
- Provide the Data Processor, as applicable, only with data whose processing has been previously authorized in accordance with the provisions of this law.
- Require the Data Processor to respect the security and privacy conditions of the Data Subject’s information at all times.
- Process inquiries and complaints under the terms set forth in this law.
- Adopt an internal manual of policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance with this law and, in particular, for addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Inform the Data Processor when certain information is being disputed by the Data Subject, once the complaint has been submitted and the respective process has not been completed.
- Inform the Data Subject, upon request, about the use of their data.
- Report to the data protection authority when security code violations occur and risks arise in the management of Data Subjects’ information.
- Comply with the instructions and requirements issued by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
6.2. Duties of officials designated for information processing.
- Guarantee the Data Subject, at all times, the full and effective exercise of the right to habeas data.
- Keep the information under the necessary security conditions to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access, consultation, use, or access.
- Promptly update, rectify, or delete data in accordance with the terms of this law.
- Update the information reported by Data Controllers within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Process inquiries and complaints made by data subjects in accordance with the terms established in this law.
- Adopt an internal manual of policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance with this law and, in particular, for addressing inquiries and complaints from Data Subjects.
- Record the “complaint in process” legend in the database in the manner regulated by this law.
- Insert the legend “information under judicial dispute” into the database once notified by the competent authority of judicial proceedings related to the quality of personal data.
- Refrain from circulating information that is being disputed by the Data Subject and that has been blocked by the Superintendency Industry and Commerce.
- Allow access to the information only to those who may have access to it.
- Inform the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce when security code violations are reported and when risks exist in the management of Data Subject information.
- Comply with the instructions and requirements issued by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
7.1. Responsible Area
JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS*, through the Company’s Information Officer and its work committee, will address all requests, queries, and/or complaints from the information owner regarding the rights established by law to know, update, rectify, delete, or revoke the authorization granted to JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS* regarding their personal data, provided that this is done through the telephone line (57)-68-915030 or the email address contacto@quantica.com.co.

8. Current Regulations
This Information Processing Policy is governed by Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto Regulatorio 1377 de 2013, as well as other applicable regulations.

In accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Personal Data Protection Law), I hereby authorize JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS* to collect, store, and process my personal data in compliance with the law and in accordance with the following purposes of use: (I) to send information about new developments, including, but not limited to, changes and/or modifications to its products and/or services; (II) to send promotional, advertising, marketing, and administrative information about its products and/or services, as well as activities and events. I also declare that all information provided to JUAN MANUEL PEREZ SALDIAS AND/OR QUANTICA DIGITAL SAS* is accurate and reflects the truth, and that I authorize the legal commercial use of my data, safeguarding the private data provided as my own and any other rights arising therefrom in accordance with Ley 1266 de 2008, Ley 1581 de 2012, and other applicable regulations.
The collection of information from minors is public in nature, and its processing is carried out to respond to and respect the best interests of children and adolescents and to ensure respect for their fundamental rights. These policies are established in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013.

10.Authorization
