PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Company 4-72 has designed a mobile app for iOS, Android, and Windows. This app allows users to track and trace shipments with georeferencing of service points throughout Colombia, interact with the PQRS system for case follow-up, and view the status of each claim. All of this is connected to the company's major information systems to facilitate all processes from their mobile devices.
